Refund policy

At Kodiak Outfitters, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized products, final-sale items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards cannot be returned. Manufacturer warranties may provide additional remedies for eligible products.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
