Iron Neck Training Devices, Harnesses & Bands

Iron Neck 3.0 versus 3.0 Pro

The Iron Neck 3.0 and 3.0 Pro share the brand's head-mounted training format. The product descriptions name an inflatable fit system and interchangeable padding. Review the available adjustments and measurements for the exact model.

The Pro listing additionally describes adjustable rotational resistance through a tension-brake system. That feature distinguishes its equipment design; it does not establish that a Pro model is the right choice for every person or purpose. Compare the complete package and current instructions before choosing.

Alpha Harness and Alpha Harness Plus

The Alpha Harness is a separate harness format rather than another name for the Iron Neck 3.0 device. Its listing includes a nylon tether and two carabiners. Weight plates and bands should not be assumed included.

The Alpha Harness Plus lists upgraded neoprene, thicker nylon and a vertical adjustment strap. Compare materials and adjustment options with the standard Alpha instead of selecting only by the Plus name. Check how the straps fit before using additional equipment.

Shoulder bands are a separate product

The Prehab and Performance Shoulder Bands listing is a set of six bands. It is not a complete Iron Neck device package. Review resistance information, dimensions and attachment requirements for the selected set.

Marketing names such as Prehab or Performance do not establish suitability for a particular injury or recovery program. Where training relates to pain, injury or rehabilitation, use guidance from a qualified clinician familiar with your situation.

Check your setup and package contents

• Choose the head-mounted device, Alpha harness or shoulder-band format.
• Compare standard and Pro or Plus features within the same product family.
• Check fit adjustments and any required compatible anchor or attachment.
• Verify bands, connectors, tether and weights individually against the included-parts list.
• Read the current model-specific instructions before use.

These are equipment comparisons, not a treatment plan or a promise of pain relief or injury prevention. Avoid carrying specifications or accessories from one model into another without manufacturer confirmation.

Iron Neck questions

Is Alpha Harness another Iron Neck 3.0 version?

No. They are different equipment formats with different construction and accessories.

Does a harness include weight plates?

The Alpha listings name a tether and carabiners. Confirm any other components separately; do not assume pictured weights are included.
