SILVA 2027 Strive & Sling Pack Previews

Strive 18L or 28L?

The Strive Pack 18L and Strive Pack 28L are listed as separate capacities. The 28-liter model offers 10 liters more stated volume, but capacity alone does not establish how either pack fits your body or how much weight it can comfortably carry.

Lay out the layers, food and equipment you expect to carry, then compare that load with the final pack dimensions and compartment layout when available. A larger volume is useful only if it matches what you need to bring; it should not replace checking the fit.

XS/S and M/L are fit choices

The catalog identifies two fit versions for each Strive capacity:

• Strive Pack 18L XS/S: 38721; M/L: 38722.
• Strive Pack 28L XS/S: 38723; M/L: 38724.

Choosing M/L does not turn an 18L pack into a 28L pack. Match both the capacity and fit designation when comparing listings. Verified body-measurement ranges are not yet available in these Kodiak previews, so do not choose a fit solely from the letters or a usual clothing size.

Sling Pack 1L: a separate small-carry option

The Sling Pack 1L, catalog code 38725, is a different format from the Strive backpacks. Its one-liter capacity puts it in a small-item carry role. Confirm actual internal dimensions before assuming a particular phone, camera or bottle will fit.

Which details still need confirmation?

Published names, capacities and model codes identify these previews. Final weight, dimensions, materials, included accessories and Kodiak availability remain unverified. Catalog photography can show how a pack is worn, but does not prove that every item pictured is supplied. Use the final product contents and fit guide when they become available.
