Compare TRAPSKI ski and snowboard racks, LowPro cargo-box inserts, wall organizers and replacement slot inserts at Kodiak Outfitters. Start with where the rack will sit, then check equipment dimensions, binding clearance and the exact rack configuration.
The DOUBLE, QUAD and SIX PACK names distinguish rack configurations. Within that range, an All Mountain/Race/XC and Standard Stance model is different from a Wide Stance snowboard model. Compare the actual product dimensions and binding-clearance specification rather than relying on the shared size name.
For example, the QUAD All Mountain/Standard Stance rack and QUAD Wide Stance rack have different stated dimensions. Check your board with bindings installed and confirm the required spacing for the selected model. Measure the available vehicle or storage space independently; naming a vehicle type does not guarantee a fit.
Ski-waist width, ski thickness and snowboard binding spacing describe different measurements. Check each one required by the rack you select. Wider powder skis should not be assumed to fit every rack with “ski” in its title.
LowPro 2 S, 3 M, 4 L and 5 XL are rack inserts for rooftop cargo boxes. They are not complete cargo boxes or vehicle roof bars. Compare the selected insert's external dimensions with the usable interior of your existing box, including lid clearance and the space occupied by equipment.
The LowPro 3 M and LowPro 4 L are distinct sizes. Confirm the exact slot layout, intended equipment and included strap before selecting between them. Follow both the rack and cargo-box manufacturers' instructions and limits.
The rubber slot inserts are sold in different pack quantities. Count the slots in your existing compatible TRAPSKI rack before ordering. A pack of inserts does not include a rack.
These pieces supplement the rack's retention strap; they do not replace it. Some complete-rack descriptions already list rubber inserts and a premium strap, so check current package contents before adding duplicate accessories.
The wall-rack listings cover TRAPAWAY storage for skis or snowboards held by their bindings, as well as tools and household gear. This is a wall-mounted storage format, separate from freestanding transport racks and LowPro cargo-box inserts.
Compare single and multi-unit configurations, wall space and the selected kit's hardware. Mounting hardware being included does not establish that every wall surface is suitable. Use the maker's installation instructions and the limit stated for the exact unit.
Write down the intended location, equipment count, ski and binding measurements, and usable space. Compare those with the complete model name and current specifications. Standard Stance, Wide Stance and LowPro are meaningful distinctions.
